Do you deliver packages more than 66lbs?

What package sizes do you deliver?

Deeleeo can deliver packages of all sizes from envelopes to boxes and even pallets.We offer three package sizes: Small: smaller than 20 × 20 × 20 inches Medium: between 20 inches and 4 feet Large: between 4 feet and 10 feet or more

What package weight do you deliver?

Deeleeo can deliver packages from a single card to a full pallet.Each size has two weight categories: Small: Light (<25 lbs) | Heavy (25–66 lbs) Medium: Light (<25 lbs) | Heavy (25–66 lbs) Large: Light (<66 lbs) | Heavy (66 lbs and up)

Pricing

What is the delivery fee?

Our fees start at $9 and varies based on the distance and the size of the items being delivered. We aim to keep our prices competitive while ensuring quality service.For an accurate quote, please enter your delivery details on our website before placing your order, alternatively you can contact our sales team through our contact page or by booking a meeting online.

Why is business, in-person, and age restricted delivery more expensive?

We offer contactless, leave-at-door delivery for our standard fee. For age-restricted items, business deliveries, or in-person customer deliveries, a direct handoff with a signature is required. If the recipient isn’t available, follow-up call attempts are made. These deliveries take extra steps and include a slightly higher fee.

Payment/Invoicing

How do I pay for my delivery?

We offer two payment options: 1. Credit Card: Add your card details directly in your Deeleeo portal. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. A 3% processing fee applies to online credit card payments, but there is no credit card fee when submitting a Deeleeo through the Mobile App. 2. Pre-Authorized Debit/EFT: You can set up a pre-authorized debit or EFT deposit before starting deliveries with us.

How does Deeleeo's payment process work?

After your first completed delivery, you’ll receive an invoice within 5 to 7 business days. You’ll then have 24 to 48 hours to review the invoice and contact our billing team with any questions. After this review period, the delivery charge will be processed. Thereafter, payments are processed weekly, according to the terms in your Deeleeo Partnership Agreement.

What is the service fee on my invoice?

Deeleeo charges a $1 service and administration fee per delivery. This fee is included in the prices listed on our pricing page but is shown separately in your order summary and invoice for transparency.

Refunds/Returns

How long do I have to request a refund?

Deeleeo will provide a refund only if a package is lost or damaged due to our handling. Refund or credit requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery.

Is there a return policy for incorrect/unwanted items?

Deeleeo does not handle returns for incorrect/unwanted items delivered. However, if there are issues with your delivery, please contact us immediately.Please reach out to the merchant for any incorrect items or returns

My package was damaged, how do I get a refund?

Deeleeo is not liable for items inside a package if the outer packaging is intact but the contents are damaged. This also applies to perishable, fragile, or breakable items sent without notifying Deeleeo.

My package was lost, how do I get a refund?

Deeleeo is not liable for lost packages if an incorrect address or missing unit number is provided, or if the package is lost or stolen after delivery and proof-of-delivery images have been sent.Please contact the merchant directly to request a refund or replacement.

My package was returned to your warehouse and not delivered, why did this happen?

A delivery may be unsuccessful if incorrect delivery information is provided, the recipient is unavailable for an in-person delivery, or due to circumstances beyond Deeleeo’s control. When this occurs, both the merchant and the recipient will be notified by email. Deeleeo will follow up to arrange a re-attempt or discuss next steps based on the merchant’s needs.

My package was stolen, how do I get a refund?

Deeleeo is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once delivery is completed and proof-of-delivery images have been sent.Please contact the merchant directly to request a refund or replacement.

What is Intercity delivery?

Intercity delivery refers to any delivery completed by Deeleeo that travels between Calgary, Edmonton, and Red Deer, in either direction.

Yes, Deeleeo allows you to schedule deliveries in advance. Simply select your desired date and time during the checkout process.This feature is perfect for planning ahead, ensuring your items arrive exactly when you need them.

Do you offer ChitChats package pickup?

Do you offer age-restricted delivery?

Yes, Deeleeo provides in-person delivery for age-restricted items such as alcohol, tobacco, and cannabis. The delivery agent will collect a signature and valid ID from the recipient at the time of handoff. You’ll receive an email notification with the delivery confirmation and photo.

Do you offer express delivery?

Do you offer pallet/skid delivery?

Do you offer temperature controlled delivery?

Yes, Deeleeo provides temperature-controlled deliveries using our refrigerated van for both local and intercity store deliveries. For residential customers, intercity deliveries are transported in the refrigerated van, with the final mile to the recipient completed in a standard vehicle.

How does next day delivery work?

Next-day delivery is available for packages collected during our standard afternoon pickup window that require intercity delivery. Packages are stored overnight at our warehouse and delivered the following day by 8 PM.If your package requires temperature control, please contact our support team before scheduling delivery.

How does the ChitChats drop off work?

Deeleeo has partnered with ChitChats to provide two local drop-off locations in Edmonton. You can drop off your packages at Edmonton Unlimited or Classic Gardens during standard business hours.

What is special timing delivery?

Delivery Details

Can I call to book a delivery?

Deeleeo doesn’t currently offer delivery booking over the phone. Please use the customer portal on our web app or mobile app to schedule your delivery quickly and easily.

Do you deliver on weekends or public holidays?

Deeleeo delivers every day of the year except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.We offer local deliveries seven days a week, and intercity deliveries (Edmonton ↔ Calgary) six days a week from Sunday to Friday. Intercity services are not available on Saturdays.

Do you offer contactless delivery?

Yes, we provide contactless, leave-at-door delivery. Our delivery agent will knock or ring the doorbell, take a proof-of-delivery photo, and you’ll receive a notification via email with the delivery confirmation and photo..

Do you offer in-person delivery?

Yes, we provide in-person delivery for residential customers, all business deliveries, and age-restricted items. Our delivery agent will knock or ring the doorbell, take a proof-of-delivery photo, and obtain the recipient’s signature. You’ll receive an email notification with the delivery confirmation and photo.

How are Deeleeo Drivers different from other courier/delivery companies?

Deeleeo Delivery Drivers don’t just sign up and start delivering. Every delivery agent goes through a full vetting and training process to ensure safety and quality.Our steps include: 1. Sign up through our portal and pay a small application fee. 2. We verify all documents (ID, licence, work permits, insurance, references, experience). 3. We request a police clearance and vehicle inspection. 4. The applicant completes an interview. 5. After acceptance, they receive full onboarding and training. 6. Only once all steps are completed can they deliver independently.

Every package requires a Deeleeo label before it can be picked up. We’ll send your labels directly to the email you use to sign in to your account. Simply print them off and securely attach them to your packages with tape.

How does Deeleeo work?

Using Deeleeo is simple. First, place your order through our website or app. Next, our team will pick up your items from the specified location. Finally, we deliver your items to your desired address on the same day.We prioritize efficiency and customer satisfaction, ensuring that your delivery is handled with care and speed.

How does a reattempt delivery work?

If a package could not be delivered due to Deeleeo, a re-attempt will be made at no extra cost. A re-attempt fee may apply if the delivery fails due to incorrect address information, the recipient being unavailable for in-person delivery, incomplete delivery instructions, or if the chosen delivery window falls outside the recipient’s business hours. Is there insurance for my delivery?

Yes, every Deeleeo delivery includes $100 of insurance at no extra cost.If you need additional coverage, you can increase the insurance for a small added fee.

What does the Deeleeo insurnace cover?

The $100 insurance included with your delivery fee covers your package during transit. It does not cover items that are lost, damaged, or stolen after the delivery is completed and proof-of-delivery photos have been sent.

What if my delivery is late?

While we strive for timely deliveries, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays. If your delivery is late, please contact our customer service team for assistance.We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.
